The Pinpoint website redesign was a collaborative project that brought together design, development, and content strategy. I began by creating detailed wireframes in Figma to define the site’s structure, visual hierarchy, and overall user flow. These layouts helped guide our developer and ensured the final site aligned with Pinpoint’s brand and presented our work clearly. I also designed and curated all of the project pages, selecting imagery and organizing content to reflect the quality of Pinpoint’s portfolio. Throughout the process, our copywriter and marketing manager worked closely with me to refine the messaging so the site felt cohesive and easy to navigate. That full website redesign was completed last year.
This year, I independently led a focused update to the homepage. After seeing how users interacted with the site over time, I refined the layout to make our services and capabilities easier to understand at a glance. I reorganized the content to explain what Pinpoint does more clearly, introduced stronger and more intuitive CTAs, and added an Insights section that highlights recent articles and resources from our team. This update helps the homepage feel more informative, more actionable, and more connected to the rest of the site.
Both projects—first the full-site redesign, then the standalone homepage improvement—reflect a continued effort to make the website clearer, more useful, and more aligned with how Pinpoint presents its work.
